Worked perfect my Buick Lucerne so far fast shipping

It took a long time to remove the ductwork piece and the original motor. I worked outside in below freezing temperatures. Now with better tools I could do it faster. When installing/ gluing the new stub in the door hole and putting on the motor everything went well. I have used it for about 10 days now and I am very pleased with the increased heat output and heat control. I found the price expensive but it works. I hope to send you other customers. Also, I talked to my Nissan dealer and said this is a fix for a Rogue problem where they could not offer a solution.

Amazing product, was told I had to take my 2016 Nissan Rouge S awd to a nissan dealership and spend 3 grand to replace the whole box to fix my heat. This product not only fixed my heat and only took 1h 30 minutes to install. For the price that it is. I am happy with this product and don't be afraid to do this kind of repair yourself. It is super easy especially with the video on how to install.

Your kit worked great! I am very appreciative that you put together that whole fix so I didn't have to replace the fuse box with another expensive (yet design-flawed) new box. The only little tidbit I'd add is that the new low-profile relay you sent didn't have the pin numbers marked on the bottom, so I had to figure out which direction to insert it by testing it with wires on the battery to make sure I put the high amperage pins in the right holes. Another instruction like "label faces rear" or "front towards enemy" or some such would have been helpful! But on the whole I'm 100% satisfied with the kit and so glad you sell it!

After discovering what the problem was with our Rogue heater and doing my own research on solutions, I talked to the Nissan service department about options, and shared info with them about your product. They agreed to install it if I bought it. The head of the service department had never heard of your product, and was happy to now have another option to share with other customers presenting with the same heater problem. I feel your product is over-priced for what it is, but it was a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace the whole heater box. My wife is thrilled to have heat on her feet once again.
