Your kit worked great! I am very appreciative that you put together that whole fix so I didn't have to replace the fuse box with another expensive (yet design-flawed) new box. The only little tidbit I'd add is that the new low-profile relay you sent didn't have the pin numbers marked on the bottom, so I had to figure out which direction to insert it by testing it with wires on the battery to make sure I put the high amperage pins in the right holes. Another instruction like "label faces rear" or "front towards enemy" or some such would have been helpful! But on the whole I'm 100% satisfied with the kit and so glad you sell it!

After discovering what the problem was with our Rogue heater and doing my own research on solutions, I talked to the Nissan service department about options, and shared info with them about your product. They agreed to install it if I bought it. The head of the service department had never heard of your product, and was happy to now have another option to share with other customers presenting with the same heater problem. I feel your product is over-priced for what it is, but it was a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace the whole heater box. My wife is thrilled to have heat on her feet once again.

This kit was the absolute solution to my hvac issues. I lost the ability to use my heat right when the temperature dropped to 18 degrees. Ordered the kit hoping it would fix the problem. Once it arrived, the instructions, parts, images, and other contents were perfect for replacing the entire system. The QR code linking to the instructional video was the best part. I was very impressed with the kit upon receipt. Well thought out and very well organized. Between the YouTube videos and the written instructions included, the installation was very straightforward. Thanks for developing a great solution for this Nissan issue.

After watching the you tube videos it was easy to understand and install this kit. I had a question about a problem I was experiencing with my motor and I called Nathan and he answered my question. The kit was a bit pricey but it sure beat paying $3000 for the repair. I wanted something that would last even though the car was being prepared for sale because my mother in law has passed away. I couldn't pass this car on to someone else in that condition I assited my mother in law in purchasing this car and the dealer screwed her when she purchased the 2018 Nissan Rogue because I didn't understand why the driver side of heater wouldn't get warm at that time.

I have been in the trade for 38 years and I really thought you done a nice job with the kit. I would suggest just a gear kit be an option. I did not need the tool kit, but I can appreciate your attention to detail. I would definitely recommend your kit!!
