These models have a faulty door for the heater/AC on the driver's side. After time, the door breaks down causing the heater/AC to blow only hot air or only cold air on the driver’s side, without the ability to switch back and forth as it should (on dual temperature control systems). On single temperature control systems, it affects the driver and passenger sides.
