After time, the door breaks down causing the heater/AC to blow only hot air or only cold air on the driver’s side, without the ability to switch back and forth as it should. On some models it affects the driver and passenger sides. Before this kit, the only repair was to replace the entire heater box at a cost of up to $2,800 or more. This kit includes what you need to repair your heater box in vehicle without removing the heater box! Just add a couple hand tools and some off the shelf cleaning supplies. No 3D printed parts. Repair insert and gear are precision injection molded using high strength nylon 6/6. This is a permanent repair!
